About Séamus

He is the founder and lead consultant at Well2Teach, where he focuses on helping educators achieve a more sustainable work-life balance. With a Bachelor of Education in Primary Education, along with postgraduate studies in leadership and positive psychology, Séamus has developed practical, evidence-informed programmes such as the TeachWell Framework, which has supported over 2,000 educators and continues to grow.

Alongside his work with Well2Teach, Séamus speaks at leading conferences, with a clear mission: to empower educators to thrive, not just survive.
Outside of his professional work, Séamus enjoys exploring Dublin’s cafés and taking in the character of the city’s historic streets.
